So, as you may or may not know, I just got over my fear of an eyelash curler! Yay! And low and behold, I see a difference!

Lemme tell ya, my short, straight, blonde eyelashes need all the help they can get.

After covering up my underye circles with my current love, YSL Touche Eclat, I picked up my Revlon curler (I wasn;t about to dish out the dough for Shu or Chanel when I wasn’t 100% sure it was even going NEAR my precious eyeballs).  I proceeded with caution.  And there ya have it, folks!  I did it!  No poking, no pinching, no gashing open one’s retina involved!

Kiss is on My List

Along with these other beauty products!

I’m gearing myself up for a fabulous trip to NYC I’m about to take, and so far, this is my list of some products I’ll be swatching/testing/BUYING when I finally walk through the doors of the Holy Sephora…which, from past experiences, I know is FRICKIN’ HUGE Y’ALL!

– Urban Decay 24/7 Eyeliners: these have nothing but rave reviews and I’ve always been interested in Urban Decay.  Plus, I have an incurable addiction to brightly colored eyeliners and a little bird told me UD has some of the best selection in town, of the higher-end variety.

– Too Faced Beauty Balm – because I have a fear of liquid foundation but skin with all the problems: it’s sensitive, it’s acne-prone, it’s combination, it has dry patches…go ahead, cringe.

– Shu Uemura eyelash curler – I can’t say I’ve read of a Beauty Blogger who doesn’t count on Shu for a little help with their fringe, and recently I’ve conquered my fear of the eyelash curler, which, in my opinion, is one spiked ball short of a medieval torture device.

I have more, but at the moment I’m in the mood to settle in with something delicious to eat, watch some TV, and enjoy this snow day while still in my PJs.
